Own Your Journey. Master Your Preparation. Earn Your Excellence.
Education, in its truest form, is not merely the accumulation of knowledge—it is the cultivation of intellect, character, discipline, and independent thought. This conviction forms the foundation of the vision of Prof. Mangesh Jadhav (MJ Sir) , an educator and mentor committed to transforming the way students learn, prepare, think, and pursue excellence.
With 10+ years of teaching and academic mentoring experience, MJ Sir has personally mentored 150+ students, working closely with learners to understand not only their academic performance, but also the habits, thought processes, challenges, and untapped potential behind it. His approach is deeply personalised: identify the gap, understand the learner, establish the direction, build the right discipline, and progressively cultivate independence.
The Founder’s Belief
“You may be guided towards success, but you must learn to drive your own journey.”
MJ Sir believes that every student must gradually develop the ability to take ownership of their academic journey. Guidance can provide direction, but true success comes when a student learns to take responsibility for their actions, choices, discipline, and progress.
A Teacher Provides Knowledge
A teacher builds the foundation of learning through conceptual clarity, knowledge, academic guidance, and effective teaching.
A Mentor Provides Direction
A mentor helps students understand what to do, how to do it, and how to improve, while gradually developing their ability to think, decide, and act independently.
Parents Provide Strength & Support
Parents provide the emotional strength, encouragement, stability, and support that help students remain confident and committed throughout their journey.
The Student Owns the Journey
Preparation, discipline, consistency, daily routine, decisions, and progress belong to the student. These responsibilities cannot be delegated or outsourced.
Mentorship Builds Independence
True mentorship is not about creating dependence. Its purpose is to develop a student who becomes confident, disciplined, responsible, capable, and self-reliant.
“We can guide the journey, but the responsibility to drive it must always remain with the student.”
The Founder’s Vision
Guiding students toward independence, confidence, and ownership.
“Our role is not to drive your journey for you, but to prepare you to drive it with confidence.”
— MJ Sir, Founder, Praman Learning Solutions
MJ Sir’s vision is to guide students towards becoming independent learners and responsible individuals. The purpose of mentorship is not to make students dependent on constant guidance, but to gradually develop their confidence, discipline, decision-making ability, and ownership.
A student may begin the journey with guidance and support, but the ultimate goal is to help them reach a stage where they can think independently, make informed decisions, remain disciplined, and take responsibility for their own progress.
True mentorship should ultimately empower a student to stand on their own, trust their abilities, and confidently lead their own academic journey.
The Driver’s Seat
Your academic journey. Your responsibility.
A student can drive every day and still fail to reach the destination if the destination is unknown and the route is unclear. Academic preparation is the same.
You may study for hours. You may solve hundreds of questions. You may remain constantly occupied. But without understanding where you are going, what the examination demands, and which route is most effective, effort can become nothing more than motion without meaningful progress.
Student
The Driver
Owns the journey and holds the steering wheel.
Mentor
The Navigator
Provides direction, strategy, and clarity.
Teacher
The Guide
Builds knowledge and strengthens understanding.
Parent
The Support System
Provides encouragement and stability throughout the journey.
Together, they can make the journey stronger—but the student must hold the steering wheel.
A Message From The Founder
Do not merely study harder. Study with direction.
True preparation is not measured only by the hours you invest or the number of questions you solve. It is reflected in the depth of your understanding, the clarity of your thinking, and your ability to perform when the moment truly demands it.
Your teachers can guide you. Your mentors can refine your strategy. Your parents can support you throughout the journey. But the responsibility to move forward is ultimately yours.
Know where you want to go. Understand the path ahead. Practise with purpose. Think deeply. Take ownership of your progress.
Take the driver’s seat of your journey and lead yourself towards excellence.
